Additional Information
  • Day 1: After arriving at Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA), you will meet and greet Derak representative. Since most flights arrived at midnight, pre-reservation is made. In the following of the day, you will start visiting: Golestan Palace (UNESCO site), Carpet museum, Iran National Museum, Azadi Tower.
  • Day2: Early in the morning, you’ll leave Tehran towards Kashan (245 km). There, you’ll visit Fin Garden (UNESCO Site). Tabatabaei Traditional House, Sultan Amir Ahmad Bathhouse. Afterward, you’ll have a ride toward Abyaneh (88 km). There, you will have a great moment in this ancient village which is famous for its reddish hue clay. And, then you’ll continue the road toward Isfahan (175 km) and rest there.
  • Day 3: In the 3rd day of your trip, you’ll have a full day city tour in Isfahan: Naghsh-e Jahan Square (UNESCO Site), Imam Mosque, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Ali Qapu Palace, Qeysarieh Bazaar, Vank Cathedral (Wonderful Armenian Church of Safavid era), Si-o-Se-Pol Bridge
  • Day 4: After having breakfast, you will drive toward Yazd (311 km); en route, in the ancient cities of Naein and Meybod, you will visit: Shah Abbasi Caravanserai (One of the important roadside lodging houses of Safavid era), Narin Castle (Pre-Islamic historical monuments), Jameh Mosque, Ice House, Pigeon Tower. Next, you will continue your journey towards Yazd and rest there.
  • Day 5:Today, you’ll have a full-day city tour; including: Jameh Mosque, Dowlat Abad Garden (UNESCO Site) Amir Chakhmaq Complex (dazzling symbol of Yazd), Zoroastrian Fire Temple, Water Museum, Silence Towers
  • Day 6: Early in the morning, you will get on the road towards Shiraz (454 km); en route, you’ll visit the masterpieces of Achaemenid dynasty; including Pasargadae (UNESCO site), Necropolis (Naqsh-e Rostam), Persepolis (UNESCO site)
  • Day 7: After breakfast, you will enjoy visiting Nasir al-Mulk Mosque (Pink Mosque), Narenjestan-e Qavam, Vakil Complex (Bazaar, Bath and Mosque). After having lunch, you will visit Ali Ibn-e Hamzeh Holy Shrine, Eram Garden (UNESCO Site), Hafez Tomb (beloved poet of 14th century)
  • Day 8: In the last day of your journey, you’ll be transfered at Shahid Dastgheib International Airport of Shiraz (SYZ) to have a flight to Tehran. After arriving in Mehr Abad airport, you’ll be transferred to Imam Khomeini international airport (IKA), to have departure flight.
