Cancelation Policy

To book a tour online, we only receive 15% of the tour price. If you choose to cancel your booking, we will only be able to provide a refund for this amount. Please note that any payments made outside of our website are not acceptable and cannot be refunded.

 

We have different cancellation policies for our travel services based on the type of tour:

Hourly tour (activity) and full-day trip cancelation:
For hourly tours and full-day trips, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the start of the tour to receive a full refund. If cancelled within 3 days of the tour, the payment is non-refundable.

Multi-day Tours Cancelation:
For multi-day tours, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the tour to receive a full refund. If cancelled within 7 days of the tour, the payment is non-refundable.


Note: In the event that a service provider cancels a paid booking, we will either connect the traveler with an alternative service provider or provide a full refund.

 

Promotional Offer

If a promotional offer results in a price reduction, then all tours and activities, including those that are hourly, full day, or multi-day, are non-refundable. 

 

Policies for service provider cancelations:
We will notify you promptly if a traveler cancels their booking, but we are unable to provide you with any payment as we do not receive your portion of the booking price from the traveler.
