I am a certified English teacher with 10 years of proven teaching experience to different ages. I'm also a freelance tour guide. I am dedicated to providing guests with the best customer service, directing compliance with tour protocols and safety procedures, and ensuring our guests will have a fun, informative and exciting journey. I am also a member of Red Crescent, and I know how to deal with any problems that could happen to someone.
